We are a BBQ take out only restaurant featuring: pulled pork, brisket, chicken, ribs,and more plus sides: baked beans, potato salad, cole slaw etc. We have been in the BBQ business for over 20 years and we are excited to bring it back to South Omaha! Located on 20th and L St! Feather bone Thursdays!

Great smoke. Awesome sauce. Real. Bar B Que Bonus Brisket sliced how you like.
We are from KC and have lived in Omaha for five years without finding any good BBQ. Well today that changed. Kuddos to Hiatt Family BBQ, great service and really great BBQ. Love the Extra hot sauce!
Great BBQ and good people. Go try it for yourself! You won't be disappointed. I plan to go on Thursday for the feather bones.
Hiatt Bbq is the best we've had in Omaha,great service and great food! Our favorite was the bbq pork sandwich! Can't forget the delicious baked beans though!

I'm very happy to see independently-owned BBQ in South Omaha again! I got the combo plate so I could try a little bit of everything, and I was not disappointed. The ribs, brisket, pork, and one smoked wing were all flavorful, moist, and tender. The mild BBQ sauce was the perfect accompaniment. The roasted red potatoes made it complete. The beans weren't really to my taste, because they had alot of liquid and alot of onions and peppers, but alot of people will like it like that, and besides, that's a small complaint compared ... read more
