What a great Christmas! Took Hiatt BBQ to Arizona and everybody loved, loved, loved it. Feather bones, smoked pork butt and back ribs. Oh yeah!!! Thanks John and Sue for making our Christmas!!!

Just happened to see the truck today and I was impressed! The brisket was so good and the mild sauce was perfect my new favorite. I'd be interested if you sell the sauce!

Had lunch there today ! Extremely loved the brisket and feather bones. Everything so tender, moist, and flavor was incredible. Their roasted red potatoes were the best I have ever tasted. Definately a place you will go back again and again.
