I have been going to Madelina for hair and makeup for years and have always had a great experience. Coming from someone who always has high expectations, she has always gone above and beyond. She has her signature makeup look and everytime she does my makeup it stays on all day and doesn’t move. Also, the best stylist there is. HORRIBLE!!! This salon has the absolute worst customer service. Madelina has a terrible attitude and doesn’t think she does. After she rudely spoke with me, she claimed I had the attitude when I was only responding to her. We flew in from another state after delayed and canceled flights and showed up a little late. Instead of calmly telling us that she doesn’t have enough time for all of us and hearing what we had to say, she cut us off every time we said something.
