Can I give negative 5 stars??? I didn’t want to go public, but I’ve had enough. My child had fillings done at this dental office on multiple permanent molars. Less than a year later, another dentist diagnosed new cavities on the exact same surfaces—#19 and #30. I reached out to the original provider with a respectful, detailed letter, asking whether the new decay could be related to his previous treatment. Best children’s dentists worked with 3 different ones for my kid and they all where great. But the biggest thing of all was when my daughter needed oral surgery they weren’t worried with cost so much without getting into specifics after the surgery they gave us a HUGE discount then went let us do payments on a plan we told them we could afford.

Both of my kids have been seen twice so far by Dr. Irwin and have had as good an experience as is possible to have at the dentist. There are ceiling-mounted TVs for kids to watch while getting fillings and optional nitrous gas to help relax nervous patients. My youngest daughter tried it and elected to not have the nitrous but she still did very well during her procedure thanks to the excellent bedside manner of the Dr. and attendant.

We had great experience with Hi 5 dental my daughter had all her teeth done under anesthesia and everything went well, the worst part is seeing your child waking up from anesthesia but they don’t remember that thankfully. Dr Irwin and the anesthesiologist were very good to explain everything and my daughter was herself within couple hours and with no pain by night time. I informed the dr I want her to have as least silver crowns as possible and she did just that with few crowns and few fillings really happy with there work!

Dr Chen and staff are the best! My daughter and son having been going here for years and last year my daughter completed her braces. Overall, Dr Chen has been so supportive, gentle and always quick to answer any concerns we have. Highly recommend all locations as everyone working here is amazing, thank you Hi 5 Dental!
