We had great experience with Hi 5 dental my daughter had all her teeth done under anesthesia and everything went well, the worst part is seeing your child waking up from anesthesia but they don’t remember that thankfully. Dr Irwin and the anesthesiologist were very good to explain everything and my daughter was herself within couple hours and with no pain by night time. I informed the dr I want her to have as least silver crowns as possible and she did just that with few crowns and few fillings really happy with there work!
Dr Chen and staff are the best! My daughter and son having been going here for years and last year my daughter completed her braces. Overall, Dr Chen has been so supportive, gentle and always quick to answer any concerns we have. Highly recommend all locations as everyone working here is amazing, thank you Hi 5 Dental!
My three daughters (7 years and under) are all huge fans of Dr. Irwin. She’s incredibly friendly, always on time, and has great bedside manner with the kiddos. They look forward to going to the dentist and seeing her! I wish she could be my dentist. 5 stars!
Unbelievably frustrated with these people. Their address comes up with their old old address, so I ended up there, who said they moved. Went to that address where a sign was posted that they had moved the kid's office to yet a different address! So me, having woken my toddler up from a nap and left in what I thought was plenty of time ended up barely getting to location #3 on time. Been going to Hi5 for over a decade with two kids. Have consistently had wonderful experiences. One of them just turned 18 so will no longer be going to Hi5. We hope her next dentist will be able to live up to the service and care Hi5 provided throughout her childhood.
