Visitors be aware this very much a Motel. It'd be misleading to call it an inn or hotel. Front desk lady was nice enough. But unfortunately, I found a bed bug under the sheets for my single night stay (June 2026). I was moved into another room but had none of my stay refunded.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hi-View and will absolutely be back the next time we’re in Los Angeles. The manager was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment we arrived. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, and her genuine hospitality made us feel right at home. Our flight was delayed so I called the hotel to notify them. We didn't get to the hotel until after 11pm, and no one was at the front desk. The bell didn't work, and no one was answering when I called the hotel. After banging on the window for 5-10 minutes someone finally came to check us in. Everything else was great, and the room was clean and spacious.

I paid extra for a larger queen room and got a small dungeon like room tucked in the back. Had 2 very small bathroom windows all of the other rooms seemed to have large picture windows. Dont accept room 108 if they try to give it to you.
