First off Hi-Tech did a great job on our roof. The problem I had was there lack of communication. We told them what dates were not good for us. A week goes by and a truck with the dumpster show up. Although they said they would notify us, they never did. Also, it was for the date we told them we couldn’t do it. I told both the dumpster drive and also the truck with supplies, to go back. HI Tech did a wonderful job repairing vinyl siding on our home. Another company had installed improperly, and when the temperatures went into the 80’s, the shoddy work showed. Matt came out to review the work needed and provide an estimate. He was friendly and knowledgeable about vinyl siding and noted what had gone wrong with our previous contractor.
