I’ve asked for over 3 months now if they could fix the light issues by my inside storage unit because it is so dark. It has been very inconvenient and I have to bring my own light if I want to see. During the transition the price went up considerably and with less accessibility. And unfortunately I needed to get into my unit before a meeting and there was a malfunction with the gate. The storage facility and the staff on site are excellent. I cannot say the same for the upper management. We receive surprise rate hikes 2 or 3 times a year just out of the blue. We were mandated to buy a lock that it seems they were the only ones that had one. Upper management seems to want to take advantage since to move elsewhere while possible is just not practical. Please this is not a criticism of the staff on site. They are wonderful. Just a note of caution to those who are looking.
