Everything was fine. The siding is of a high-quality installed very well, their contract reads that you must make final payment when the job is significantly completed. The second I made the payment everybody cut and run left with a mess in the yard and they still have not connected my electric meter to the house. I’ve made three phone calls and no one can seem to help me. I was told they would be here Monday that was two weeks ago. Hopefully this helps do not pay until they can completed the job. John Rose stopped by for an estimate and gave me the long sales pitch of doing work nearby and could save me a few dollars so when I asked for the price already he played like he was insulted and left like a child. When I asked him on the phone if he was a mason he said yes. He is not!!! he is a contractor aka:salesman his hands are baby soft not a worker. Look elsewhere for your home improvements and masonry work

We recently had Hi-Tech do a small job for us. We needed a skylight replaced and the T111 replaced with sheetrock in the skylight tunnel. The crews did a fantastic job in both cases. The finishing of the tunnel was excellent, cleanup top notch and just a bunch of nice guys. Eric contracted the job and Joe coordinated the effort. Both guys personable and very accommodating. Kind, caring, highly skills craftsman. Joe is a stickler for detail and constantly kept my husband and I informed during our home renovation project. I highly recommend this company for any home renovation project! You will not be disappointed!!
