I tried to make an online appointment which did not work. The price online for my repair was cheaper than what I was quoted, Jason said he would honor that price. My appointment was scheduled for 3pm & was told it would be ready when I got there after work (approx 530pm). I was able to have someone else drop it off, closer to 1130am - 12pm.
