The staff at Hi-Tech Auto have been nothing short of amazing! Shak, the owner, is not only a true professional but a genuinely decent human being. I’ve been referred to them twice now, and both experiences have been outstanding. SCAM! My spouse went here to get service on the front brake pads. It cost over 500 dollars, which is an insane amount for a brake pad replacement. They never got pre-authorization to do the work. Had they done so, the work would've been refused, as we had another quote for 300 dollars. Not only did they not get authorization to work on the car and provide a quote, but they also upgraded the parts to PREMIUM. So, price aside: no quote, no authorization, and deciding to upcharge the service. That screams scam.
I have nothing but positive comments to make. I trust Shaq and his crew completely.
