I called to get an estimate for painting and replacing (had my own) the front bumper of my car. Sam said one amount, that change when I left the car to have it repaired. He also agreed to repair my rear bumper included in the new cost. The car was promised ready by next day. It was completed the fourth day. In all fairness, the bumper was pained and install, but the cost was not kept as promised and the additional work was not completed. The car was all dusty, not washed when I received it. Worst collision shop ever!!! Has had my car over 3 months and counting and I'm paying out of pocket for rentals. Owner tells nothing but LIES and is SUPER SHADY. Will get insurance money and use it for other things and will have your car sit until he gets next persons insurance money to fix car! Writes bad checks to get parts also... SUPER SHADY ... Take heed STAY AWAY DONT BECOME A VICTIM!!

Best body repair shop around, if I could give 6 stars I would. Sam is amazing, he knows his stuff and treats you with respect! I have referred BQC to everybody I know, dont hesitate go there!
