Definitely not customer committed. I called 29 minutes in advance of my arrival, spoke with Mr. Owner, I outlined the specific service I wanted he asked if I could come now I said yes give me 15 minutes. I arrive and he tells me he doesn't have enough time to complete my polish change. It's bad business when you take your clientele for granted.

Both the services had no scrub massage. I took a regular with both, but it was rushed so much. My cuticles are cut so much that now they bleed. If you are looking for relaxed service then you should try some other place.

Nice and clean, the staff are very friendly and it's a calming atmosphere. One note is that they don't allow you to add a tip when using a card. Cash only for the tip. Was looking for a new nail salon, and they are great!

My experience at this nail salon was extremely disappointing. During my pedicure, it was evident the technician rushed through the service, leaving half of my nails unpainted. When I returned the next day to have it fixed, the employee was incredibly rude and insisted on charging me extra, despite the fact that I had already paid for a full pedicure. His response, 'It's not free,' was completely uncalled for and left me feeling scammed and ended up making me pay more. I would advise others to choose a different salon for bet... read more
