Love my pedicures from here. The price changed within a month for gel pedicure from $35 to $40 and I was unaware until I made a payment. I took a star away because I was really disappointed that I came at 145 on a weekday (wednesday) for a new service but was quickly turned away for not having an appointment for a new service. Also wanted to note; he did not offer to make one for the future.
Definitely not customer committed. I called 29 minutes in advance of my arrival, spoke with Mr. Owner, I outlined the specific service I wanted he asked if I could come now I said yes give me 15 minutes. I arrive and he tells me he doesn't have enough time to complete my polish change. It's bad business when you take your clientele for granted.
