Do not waste your time. Management is rude and not transparent. They’ll make up lies so they don’t have to rent to you or even put you on their waitlist. Not to mention the high price for apartments that are not worth it.
I live at Highpoint Apartments probably about 4 1/2 to 5 years. I loved it up into the year. My mother passed and they started complaining about people I had over how they just don’t fit in at Highpoint Apartments. Apparently they have too many tattoos or they don’t look like uppity people or snooty people, my question is though since when do I get to make a opinion on the other residence guest if I don’t approve a damn since when do we start judging other people on the basis of how they look I was sick of my neighbors and l... read more
Hi- Point was my home for 5 years. I would still be there if we didn’t move for a job. The office staff is so friendly and really engages with you to try to fix issues or just take a minute to catch up with you. Maintenance was very prompt and putting on orders was super easy. The community was very friendly, it was an ideal place to welcome our child and let her grow in. The grounds are always well maintained and there was always some event planned for tenants. This is a great place to call home.
