For over 100 dollars I should not have to fix my nails at home. I told the technician that my toe nails were all a different shape and he just laughed. When I left I had polish on my skin and smudges. I called back and asked if I could have the smudges fixed and she told me I could make another appointment and pay full price again. When I said thank you but I’ll have to go somewhere else, she just breathed on the phone for a minute until I said goodbye and had to hang up. My wife is super picky, and she is limited english so i help her to check out a bunch of places on Google and read tons of reviews. This one just felt the most legit and pro. And guess what? They totally nailed it with their service. I’m obsessed with their herb spa—highly recommend it!
