I budgeted and saved enough money to finally get my Mediacom internet and phone services turned back on. I went to Hilo's in Abingdon on June 16 and made the payment. Little did I know that it was paid to the wrong account. But Mediacom took the reciept number and turned my services on. For a week, then they shut me off for non payment. I called Hilo, they found it was posted to the wrong account, and told me they'd send in a ticket to fix it. Called back Mediacom, told them what was up, they turned me back on.
