Room - great but not always a fridge. Service - the reason I keep coming back here. Bobby, Scotty, Drew, Verlin and everyone I’ve interacted with is amazing. I always have a good experience here and this is now my preferred location whenever I travel for work. I came during a period where the server was down and everyone was super apologetic. Felt like an inconvenience to staff more than guests but they were still powering through and were super nice. Feels like a second home. See you again soon friends!
This is by-far the most hospitable hotel staff I've encountered in Portland. Bobby, Scotty, and Anya are genuine and approachable. I will be back to this hotel.
I’ve been staying at this hotel for 7-8 years, whenever I visit Portland. It, literally, never disappoints…Great service/Great location - Awesome food and drink - Well thought out amenities (like the fitness center).
Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The staff was not friendly or welcoming, which made the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, the hotel charges a mandatory $60 travel/service fee per room for amenities that we didn’t even use. When we tried to order coffee, we were told the coffee machine was broken. Another major issue was the lack of parking, which was very inconvenient. Overall, definitely not worth the extra fees or the high rating.
If I could post negative stars I would. It’s so insanely loud all night that I sit here at three in the morning about to try to change hotels. People drive around all night blasting their engines. Strip club on the corner. Nightclub downstairs blasting bass till the windows rattle. Screaming and shouting all night. Bed is itchy. Air conditioner doesn’t work.
