What can I say about hi lo well from personal experience from working there which by way was a big mistake and I've contacted legal aid and better business Bureau meeting with then Thursday of this week but they suck as car dealers they get a customer come in for something wrong with there car and they send it to shop to get someone just turn the light off that came on or half ass the problem. A quick update on my car buying experience with Hi Lo. As promised in my last review, I did contact USAA, and they were all over my complaint to the point that the reached out to Hi Lo to find out what was going on with my title. Hi Lo gave some sorry ass excuse that they HAD to submit my title to my financial institution because there was a block on the back of the cashier's check that needed to be completed and returned to the bank. Initial process of purchasing a vehicle was great...maybe because I purchased the vehicle with cash and was willing to take on the responsibility of the taxes, title, and tags myself. I purchased a vehicle at the end of November and to date (January 26, 2016), still have not received the title for a cash purchase, and it wasn't until January 21, 2016, that I receive the tags and registration (a service that I did not ask for). My Experience was truly a nightmare from being told what I could purchase to lying to the bank about the down payment I had put down on the vehicle. Vehicle has been nothing but problems and have contacted Nymeo Credit union about the issues with the dealer!! Stay away from this dealer!!
