I called Hi-5 and the first thing I noticed, was they actually took the time to listen to me Steve not only went through multiple reasons why my washing machine wasn’t working and had me send a video of the grinding noise. He wasn’t able to troubleshoot from that angle and came to the house yesterday and I could not be happier with this company. very good professional. diagnostics were accurate and correct! Steve quickly identified the fault with my oven. price and quality made me happy. definitely highly recommend.
Steve was prompt and was very quick to diagnose that our issue was a blocked ice maker from all our ice packs. We felt stupid but it was worth it to get rid of the noise! Would definitely use Hi-5 again.
Excellent company! The work was completed perfectly, and Steve made certain everything was fully explained in advance. It wasn’t cheap, but I am totally satisfied with the value I received. I will definitely use them again.
