Hired to do business returns and personal. I shared the most I was willing to pay and received a bill that was more than double. Asked to set up a meeting to discuss as there had to be an error and was ignored by Jon Paul. Lastly even after a meeting to confirm numbers, the return was filed incorrectly and incurred cost to fix.

Had them as my accountant from time I opened till last year. Was happy till my final year with them and the person who handled my account left them. This was first of the year and was assured my account would be taken care of and it was not. I called on April 12th asking about my taxes and they were like Oh Yea and files extension and all on my account. I had to pay late fees and all else with IRS and Local taxes because they forgot.
