I like the store However, I'm very upset about my new slate appliances that were delivered today! Stove blew up while sitting in our family room. It was a loud pop, sparks and then smoke (glad we were home) it blew the circuit, my water dispenser on fridge isn't working at all, dishwasher is leaking so much I had to turn off water line. They were suppose to come back out tonight but they were a no show. Never again!!! I should call and get a refund! So unhappy about this!

Worst service ever Do Not Buy From Them. They Can't Or Wont Do Anything About A Dishwasher Purchased From Them Less Than 9 months ago Then It Almost Started An Electrical Fire.Then Get The Run Around and Double Talk On What They Can or Will Be Able To Do. Car Sales Men Are More Honest and Reliable

I went in to buy a brand new stove, refridgerator and dishwasher. We were there for half an hour before the sales associate decided to put down her drink and help us. When she did help us she gave us w warranty for $99 and then tried to charge is $189 when entering it, then charged us $79 for delivery and another $149 for delivery for the dishwasher coming from the same place. Told us the accessories we needed and then added additional brackets without telling us about it and instead of getting someone to assist all she kept... read more

This is the worst store I've ever dealt with. I ended up just getting a refund so I could shop elsewhere because they couldn't seem to get me what I ordered.
