Hhgregg is rude! They will closedown the businesses so they don't care about all the customers ! I expenditure 285 to get a sound bar from there(is used) , it's not working! not for returns!!! And same thing from sam's only 149! Can you believe !

Staff were ok when we ordered. Just had to sit here all day on a Sunday for nothing. No call from anyone to tell us our delivery wasn't coming , apparently our refrigerator was damaged in shipment to the store. Was anyone gonna call us to tell us this ! NO! I had to call to find out where they were at at 5 pm !! Waited from 1:15 to 5:00 pm ! Yes My Sunday was wasted ! My time and money meant nothing to them !
I wish I could give this store a negative number for a review.
Absolutely one of the worst buying experiences, all salesmen have uncalled for attitudes. They tell you they will honor a certain price and then do the opposite. Was told I would have my appliances by a certain date when they were ordered over 2 months prior, and still I don't have them all! Spend a few extra dollars and go somewhere else. It's not worth it.
