The sales staff was excellent, courteous and answered all questions, which we had many. The delivery was also handled professionally and prompt. Since filling our hot tub we had many questions about varying topics and H & H staff was eager to assist us and even recommended that we watch a video they have on the website to assist us even more with all the vents, electronics, etc. We have been in the hot tub at least once per day since it was installed. We highly recommend H & H in Gadsden Alabama for all your hot tub needs.

I would like to take a minute to say something about my experience dealing with the guys at H & H. First of all they went out of their way to make sure that I was extremely satisfied. I was in the market for a new spa. I needed to replace my old one so I went in a couple of times to look and talk about what I wanted.
