Absolutely awful and deceitful management company that knows nothing about DC housing code regulations or the tenant bill of rights. Their corporate staff will try to bully and intimidate you, accuse you of lying about easily proven facts (such as rent renewal discrepancies / discrimination across resident offers), and otherwise try to strip as much excess fees from you simply because they can as a big company that can afford a corporate lawyer.
