I recently lived at The Legacy at Powelton Village, one of HH Red Stone's properties. Do not trust this property's management, especially Ricky Rodriguez! After moving out in May 2024, I still have not received my security deposit as of February 2025. Ricky repeatedly blamed the fact that the property switched management, but this change does not excuse him from the legally mandated 30-day period for refunding my deposit. I recently saw a job posting for a leasing position & wanted more info. Kelsey was super helpful throughout the entire process and answered all my questions. I tend to ask a lot of questions, & she was so patient and helpful that I wanted to leave a positive review about my experience. Even though I didn't end up going through with the job, I highly recommend applying to any future positions that open up here because they are super-responsive, professional, & transparent.
I’ve lived at one of the units that they manage for a while now, and frankly, I wasn’t expecting this, but the management is some of the best I’ve encountered. The office is not only quick to respond but also incredibly reasonable. If I could give 6 starts, I would do so!
