I’ll corroborate the review below about “Absolutely awful and deceitful management company”. I had a similar experience with their property in California where their management would try to bully students who didn’t know their rights. My partner had her room illegally entered into, and I had the same happen to me. When you talk to the poor receptionists, they’re trained to say “we can’t help you” or to just “follow policy” instead of actually dealing with serious issues. Absolutely awful and deceitful management company that knows nothing about DC housing code regulations or the tenant bill of rights. Their corporate staff will try to bully and intimidate you, accuse you of lying about easily proven facts (such as rent renewal discrepancies / discrimination across resident offers), and otherwise try to strip as much excess fees from you simply because they can as a big company that can afford a corporate lawyer.
