Not a bad place to live but pretty overpriced for what you get. The rooms and spaces are EXTREMELY small. Like really small.Sometimes they pair you with a roommate that keeps the living area not very clean.Also the elevators go down frequently. Once both at the same time. Had to walk 11 flights of stairs. The elevators are sometimes down for months so this building is definitely not good for people with disabilities etc.There are definitely better places for the price. Hh midtown is a great place to live. Its safe Lei host many events for residents.
Lei is the best. She always help me with my maintenance issues and she is always nice
So far HH midtown has been very good to me, the building is in a good area, they provide security 24/7, and the RA’s also try their best to be engaging to the residents. Thankful to Leityrin and my RA Jordan. Also I had a great event at the end of the year with the “Soul Food Send Off” hosted by RA Lei!!
lei is a great help!! she is always here when i need help. Thank you to hh for having somebody like her!!
