We are first time home buyers and could not have been more pleased with H&H Home Inspections. Sam was extremely thorough in his inspection. He took a ton of pictures that he put into the report. Our realtor has been in the business for 20+ years and was extremely impressed with how detailed his report was. He sent over the inspection report the next day. Would 100% use them again.

First and foremost, H&H Home Inspections (Sam and his father Scott) provided a very thorough inspection of the house we are purchasing. Within 24 hours of completing the inspection, we received an extremely detailed report with pictures noting their concerns and problem areas that needed attention. They removed access panels, checked for signs of moisture in crawl spaces, looked for variance in temperature at the electric panel and took many steps well outside a typical 'walk-thru' inspection. Sam and Scott were very professional and helpful! We are first time home buyers. Sam was very helpful making the appointment and they both were very thorough with the inspection. They took plenty of pictures and detailed them for the report that was promptly sent the next morning. I highly recommend H&H Home Inspections.
