Update (2 Months Later):Just discovered something unacceptable despite being told my plate was properly transferred, it never was. When I tried to renew, I was told the plate was still pending and never officially registered.That means Ive been unknowingly driving an unregistered Jeep for months. I took my family, including my 2-year-old son, on multiple trips, unaware we were at risk of being pulled over or worse. I am denouncing this dealership in particular for unprofessional customer service practices. I have bought a 2020 ******** **** by the end of March 2024 and I have been going back and forth with service repair. I brought the vehicle the second time to the repair shop on May 20 and today is June 25 and no response yet. The comunicacin has been ineffective and broken. STAY AWAY !!! Garbage bunch of liars! They tried to sell me an accidented vehicle as a clean vehicle. I drove 7 1/2 hours to see a vehicle they advertised as a clean car with a clean Carfax. Clean Carfax just means they haven't made an insurance claim against the vehicle. They assured me the car was clean. When I got there it was very clear the entire front end, bumper and fenders were fixed, and repainted. In respond to this review we advise any customer driving more than an hour to get the car inspected by a 3rd party prior to them either driving or flying in. We advertise all our cars AS-IS on our website and advise customers to get cars inspected prior to purchasing the vehicles. We also provide over 20 pictures for every car we advertise online
Hgreg was amazing at first til it wasn’t! I’m not a write a review lady but jeez I bought a car it broke down after only 22 days I wanted an even switch. Was there five hours test drove a different car wasn’t much better but bit less money. WS told well used cars break down sorry we won’t help you but give us 400$ cash we will think about a trade in but you’ll lose 2000k ! Oh no way no thanks I left in tears mostly out of frustration! I bought a car from Hgreg last year. First they sold me a water damage car. I pulled the seats up, there was so much rust. I had never seen anything like it. I took the car back and got another one. I owe $14K but the finance manager submit the paperwork to my bank stating I owe almost $21K. They don't print out the paperwork anymore. They give you a disk. If you speak to them once that's all your going to get, these people have poor customer service skills they ********** then what they are supposed to especially with gap insurance!!! I went in to HGreg Nissan on Friday January 13, 2023 to sell my car after they convinced me they’d beat my CarMax offer. To say this has been THE WORST experience with a dealership is an understatement. Today is February 8, 2023 and I still have not received check for my vehicle that has not been in my possession for almost ONE month. The car buying experience was ok definitely not great at Kendall nissan. Getting folks there to call me back was difficult when I was ready to purchase. I had left several text and only Mike new what car I wanted after 3 days. The car was not advertised as described. The AC did not work and that was 1100 dollars plus the touch screen radio had to be replaced because it did not work and that was 500 dollars. This is by far the worst establishment Ive ever experienced. After 6 hours, 3 phone calls (that were not returned) I found out that no one serviced my vehicle and claimed nothing was wrong. I ended up taking my vehicle to another dealership and was informed that I had a severe issue that needed action immediately and was resolved. This place has horrible customer service skills, demonstrated prejudicial behavior. I would never recommend anyone to come to this establishment.
