This place is AWFUL!! They treated my parents like total garbage, attempted to rip them off with made up scenario about needing to rip out their entire dashboard to install Sirius XM radio. Total scam artists. Then they tried to “calm the situation down” by putting their hands on my mother. She was grabbed on the shoulder by a female employee and told to “calm down” because she simply said she wanted the car and to leave since they wanted more money. This place is lucky they don’t have a lawsuit on their hands!
I had an appointment and I was told this dealership does not accept Nissan service/ maintanence plans, even though every other Nissan dealership I have been to does. Disappointing, will go elsewhere
