Jillian Fay is the best of the best - she's an artist who will ensure that your hair fits with your wishes and your lifestyle! I have thick, curly hair and Jillian has managed to keep it under control AND beautiful for the past eight years - she's magical and worth driving hours to visit (I'm moving to Ohio but will be back for Jillian haircuts and color for a very long time!).
