Liars and bad business. We held up our side by picking up their load, giving daily check call locations, and turning in POD. But they no pay us. Pay was past 48 days, so my dispatcher called HG accounting to get us paid, and they said sorry this is not normal for us we are currently having cash flow issues but we are working on getting everything taken care of... We recently started working with HG Logistics and had a few hiccups with our shipper and receivers but HG was nothing but understanding and helpful. The experience with Chris was wonderful, he did everything he could to make our driver feel like he was appreciated for the hard he work he did and let's be honest, that alone is one of the biggest things to a driver. Chris and HG are a great brokerage to work with. We had a small misunderstanding and they were motivated to get it resolved asap and pay fair compensation. Will work with HG everytime!!
