Quick, easy oil change and tire rotation. Knowing it was done with proper parts and dealer security
Efficient. They did give me a number to text with questions while I was there BUT it was an hour before I got a response. On the whole we’ve used HA Toyota for several years for service to our Lexus. We feel they gave always done a good job. Just remember it’s dealer prices so I really can’t tell you if the prices are fair or reasonable compared to others. I always feel I get good service.
