If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid the service department at Woody Buick GMC at all costs. Their workmanship is shoddy, they do not stand behind their errors, overpriced intentionally, more to come.
Brandon was very helpful and prompt on communicating with me. He took pictures and videos of a car that currently had a hold on it just in case it became available and kept me informed through the whole process.

Hi all, I wanted to share my experience, coming from Long Island. My experience coming from NY was seamless. I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. Mark Henlay, Sam Booth, and Greg were the nicest gentleman. They walked me through the process step my step. They landed my existed lease without hesitation. HIGHLY recommend this group! BTW: Hummer EV is beautiful!

Traded in my Sierra for a Yukon, the whole process was quick and smooth. They treated me with respect and professionalism. Only gave 4 stars because the detailing they did was sub-par, still had dirt all through out the inside, but otherwise excellent service!
Went for a scheduled oil change and new battery. Tok truck in a half hour before my appointment. Waited for 15 minutes before a service rep came out to get me in. Prices were on my service ticket I just needed to verify that the 199.95 battery was the Gold 42 month. Jeremy got on phone and contacted another department to verify. He verified the price but then added an installation charge of 50.00. Mentioned coupon on there website that had a price of 224.95 installed. I assumed that would be the price.
