Bigger they grew worse the customer service. Cant even make an appointment by calling. This was such a great place years ago. No one ever picks the phone up. The entire feel of the place and relationships with their customers has changed. (Zero customer service)
Takes FOREVER to get an appointment- must make one months in advance. I have been going to HMGS Dermatology for 6 years for acne. I was prescribed multiple treatments for my acne which irritated my skin and caused more flare-ups than when I was off medications. My recent visit was filled with disrespect and impatience form the entire staff especially those at the front desk, and I will no longer be coming to HMGS Dermatology due to the way I was treated.
