Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? A few, but not too many Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes
