I've been to multiple Heyday locations and always have a wonderful experience - this visit was no different! Shawnessy was excellent. Will return for sure!

Jackelyn was a PHENOMENAL esthetician. She answered all of my questions and took the time to make great suggestions for skincare. I will absolutely book with her again!
If you decide to go here-just know that they may add on services without you knowing it. I signed up for the new client facial with the free $80 add on. That’s all I wanted-a basic facial with the free add on and nothing else. I asked for dermaplaning and the facialist didnt do it after an hour of laying down for the facial. I apologized on the front desk persons behalf that I assume chose not to put in my request and the facialist scoffed at me and didn’t say a word. Heyday on 14th Street is AMAZING!!! Everyone is so friendly, helpful and kind. And Mercedes is the BEST facialist I've ever ever experienced. Everything about her from her technique to her sensitivity to my needs to her professionalism is above and beyond beyond! Thank you, Heyday!
