I honestly do not know who the decision maker is regarding billing; however, I received no response from my numerous calls and messages for the office manager and insurance has told me the doctor and their office is the responsibility party, so here I am. I called and scheduled an appointment for my two children, one has a known peanut/tree nut allergy and additional testing was needed for her. My husband brought our son to Dr. Chong after months of us trying to find answers to his illness-persistent watery eyes, runny/stuffy nose, irritability, and diarrhea. He was tested for the Alpha-gal (AGS) allergy due to being newly allergic to dairy out of no where-which then led to a panel showing he was allergic to beef, pork, and lamb.
