I have been going to Hey Barber for over a year and had a positive experience until today. I was 15 minutes late to an appointment due to my own mistake of appointment time mix up. They informed me the barber was unable to see me due to my tardiness and they would be marking me as a no show and charging my card for the appointment. Always a great experience at Hey Barber! The salon is clean, great atmosphere, and the staff is friendly, warm and welcoming. Tyler is AMAZING and does a great job, listened to what I wanted and great attention to detail. The head/scalp massage with the hot towel on your face is definitely a nice add on, be sure to get that addition with your cut! Been to several other places in GR and I definitely recommended Tyler at Hey Barber!

Called an hour early saying I was stuck in traffic and was going to be 10 minutes late and they canceled the appointment and charged me $35.

I had a stylist tell me once the difference between a good haircut and a bad haircut was two weeks. 😬😭 Leaving me feeling less than amazing. With a botched haircut. This was not my experience with ( HEY BARBER) On both occasions, I left feeling like a million bucks. With a little extra swagger in my step. And a smile on my face. Plus. Egor is one of the dancers for Mother Monster. Lady Gaga . And his sister works there.
