Stay away from Francois Dionisi. He will come up with fake photos to keep the security deposit. No notice was given to me as to why he only returned 1550 out of 2300. He is given 8-10% of the monthly as well as the entire first month. Not sure what % he takes from the deposit. Florida law states he had 30 days to return check via certified mail as well as a written notice of how much deposit will be kept and why. He did not do so.
