February 24, 2020 Moving in done! Now getting a Subaru Crosstrek!
Fast shipping,great customer service.items are well packaged.
They changed the shipping fee and said an item was “too big” however when I got my order more than half the box was empty. It could have been easily shipped for the original price. Furthermore they find some fine print where it justifies it. I’ll never buy anything from them again. Plus their online sales manager bad mouths other dealerships. Very unscrupulous…I would stay away from this dealership.
I was kept up to date during the back order process. No surprises.
Your parts department rocks! I was impressed with your parts guys who made ordering parts for my 'newsed' 2025 Ascent so easy! Not to mention how soon the parts arrived as well as the ease of scheduling installation of those things I could not do myself! These are the guys to go to if you need anything for your Subaru!!
