I lived at Gardens of Friendswood Lakes. When I moved I was told to leave key in kitchen drawer. They lost their key to my apt but said nothing. Therefore couldn't get in without drilling door knob .They didn't call me until the following Friday. They charged me 3 days rent for them loosing key. I can't afford that. They are ruining my reputation too.
I went to visit Orchard Park at Willowbrook I was very impressed with management Larry was very informative he went over rules and regulations he also assured me of the safety and privacy of the tenants. I also took a walk through the property it is beautiful and maintained so many amenities to enjoy . I'm looking forward to spending the next chapter of my life there.Thank you Larry it's so good to see that it's not just your job you care about the tenants
As the Beauty Salon owner/operator - since 2009. I've seen four manager turn overs. The Hettig Corp. keeps close tabs on how management performs at Orchard Park Willowbrook. The present manager, Amy Jones & Larry (asst.) are professional, efficient, courteous, caring and constantly improving furniture & fixtures, added light in parking lots creating safe environment for all.
