We've been going here for about two years as a family. It's a wonderful gym and my son LOVES the karate classes. We've convinced his cousins to join and a few other friends to join as well. I love this place they have everything and are always so polite with inquiries.

MR. AND MRS. HESTER ARE MY NEIGHBORS NOW GOING ON 4 YEARS AND THEY ARE THE MOST DOWN TO EARTH PEOPLE THAT I HAVE BEEN BLESSED TO BE APART OF THIER LIVES, I LOVE HESTERS MEDICAL PLAZA, ITS THE BEST WAY TO GET AWAY FROM EVERYTHING AND JUST LET IT ALL GO FOR AWHILE WHILE YOU ENJOY ALL THE MOST UP TO DATE ADVANCED EQUIPMENT THAT THEY OFFER ALONG WITH THE OLD FASHIONED EQUIPMENT.. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS THERE TO ASSIST YOU IN ALL WAYS, GOOD JOB HESTER MEDICAL PLAZA..
Other then wishing there were a few specific machines they do not have there's nothing wrong with this gym at all. I love it. Me and my family are happy here.
