I was shocked at how fast my flooring was installed but now I realize it was done so quickly because it was done TERRIBLY! After just a week or two I had some back to fix the trims that were cracking due to not being leveled properly. Over a short time the floor has become complete garbage. Holes under the flooring led to dips and cracking throughout my entire house. What a wonderful experience we had with Hester’s. All the way from the owner to the sales man to the installers. They helped us pick out the type of carpet that would be best for us. And it turned out beautiful. The installers were very nice and worked hard. They even went above and beyond and took two large items I needed to take to the dump for me. It was a father and son team. Help us with a special order.
I was happy with my experience at Hester's. We needed new carpeting for our kids room. Their showroom is large and clean with lots of samples to view. Dave was easy to work with. The carpets arrived in 2 weeks. The installers were timely and friendly. They moved out the larger furniture and all was done in a couple of hours. Everything was neat and tidy when they left. We are very happy with the carpet quality and the installation.
We hired Hester's flooring a few years ago to update the house we purchased that was straight out of the '80s. The job came out looking really nice. The subcontractor worked very hard. Everything was done to our likings. The product was excellent and is very durable it has held up to quite a lot of abuse. (Porcelain tile great quality, Italian made).
