We had a wonderful experience with Hester’s Abbey Floor coverings. We replaced the carpet in our home and I found a beautiful wool-blend carpet that I love! The installation was done by.an experienced man and his son. It looks great! Very pleased! Highly recommend!
Purchased a 12-yr old house. Worn carpet, 2 old cats with digestive and incontinence issues. Kitchen floor worn out, original underneath it. We have driven past Hester’s Abbey for more than 2 years and have watched their ads on television. Deciding to support our neighbors, we decided to pay a visit to their showroom. I was shocked at how fast my flooring was installed but now I realize it was done so quickly because it was done TERRIBLY! After just a week or two I had some back to fix the trims that were cracking due to not being leveled properly. Over a short time the floor has become complete garbage. Holes under the flooring led to dips and cracking throughout my entire house. What a wonderful experience we had with Hester’s. All the way from the owner to the sales man to the installers. They helped us pick out the type of carpet that would be best for us. And it turned out beautiful. The installers were very nice and worked hard. They even went above and beyond and took two large items I needed to take to the dump for me. It was a father and son team.
