It's comforting speaking with a specialist who knows exactly what they're talking about. I've only seen her for skincare, but she also offers cosmetic treatments. I'd recommend her to anyone.
Rude. Rude Rude Rude Rude Rude. Most of the staff members rude or short with me. Front Desk was sweet. I was left feeling stupid, judged, and like I was a problem- instead of informed and helped. The actual Dr. was pretty nice. Although, it did seem that she was in a rush to get me out. Incredible experience - one of the best doctor office visits I've ever had. The front desk people were nice, and after filling in information I got seen within 10 minutes. I got seen by Ashley then Dr. Hesterman. Both of them were incredibly calm, patient, and informative. I really like how I didn't feel rushed, as they took all the information in and spent time going over everything. Dr. Hesterman saved my skin! I’ve been dealing with acne for years and it has improved so much in only three months. The first two photos are right before and I started my treatment vs now. I would recommend her to anyone who is dealing with acne!
I went to Hesterman Dermatology for a skin consult and was so pleased with the level of service I received. I waited less than 5 minutes to be seen. Dr. Hesterman not only took the time to answer all of my questions, she also made sure to educate me so I can take the best care of my skin. I just went back for a diamond glow facial and was incredibly happy with the results!
