When you call them, they will either 1) not answer and refuse to call back 2) speak to you in a rude and arrogant way and 3) take your money, immediately sign your paperwork saying unable to deliver 3 times and refuse to refund even when the other party WANTS to accept service. Hester Services is a great company. They go above and beyond for their customers. If you have an issue or need something rushed they are on it. They respond to emails immediately. They have the best customer service I have ever delt with. Anyone at that office you speak to is always in a good mood and pleasant. There website is easy to use as well. Extremely rude ugly acting women towards customers. Haven't dealt with that level of disrespect. Wouldn't pyss on her or business if it was on fire.
