Initial contact was easy and convenient. I was able to get the information I needed to send over documents for same day process service. Later in the day, I realized that I hadn’t received a confirmation email, so I called to verify my email was received. My company hired Hester Services to serve a document for us, and the whole process was a breeze! Their communication, and service was top notch. Moving forward, we will not use anyone else! Thank you so much for the great experience!

They hung documents on my front door. Openned it out and turned out it is not mine and my address. Looked up their phone number online. Call them many times but no answer. Their business has no open hours. They should handle people's important information more carefully.

This company lacks professionalism, and are very rude to their own customers. There are better companies out there that want your business, and have better communication skills and a functional website. My recommendation is that you keep looking.

This company is a joke and Michael McWhorter is the punchline. Unbelievably rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional, especially over email. The fact that we are paying for a service and still getting treated like an inconvenience is insane. Zero communication skills, zero courtesy, zero clue how to run a business. If you enjoy being disrespected and talked down to, hire them. Otherwise, avoid at all cost.
