I needed help with several purchases. I was helped with all three with the most friendly associates. I purchased stones and was helped with loading them into my car. I LOVE ACE HARDWARE .

You walk in and are greeted by the cashier. If you have a question, she'll send you to the "expert" desk in the center of the store.
