I am a daily user of a pair of expensive steel toe boots. I work with concrete, dirt and all weather conditions. Best boots I have ever owned with fantastic service when I made the purchase go just Nguyen on three years ago. In my feet right now. Super comfortable.
My husband bought a pair of $180 boots from you 2 months ago and the liner came apart (to the point of not being able to get the foot in the boot) and you refused to cover any sort of warranty or repair. The boots then sat at your store for two weeks because you tried calling the old phone number on file instead of the one we gave you. Thankfully we decided to stop by and see what was taking so long. You offered us $20 off a new pair of boots when we just spent $180? No thanks, we will take our business elsewhere.
Terrible service, unreliable, they don't do what they say they do. They have only half installed the pool, and the rest lays in the yard, who knows when and if they will complete the job. Nothing but lies and excuses, nasty and uncooperative.
Recently my wife and I have been checking out hesselsons hot tubs. We've been pretty serious about until a friend of mine told me about his experience with his pool. Customer service is not one of your strong suits. Something you should look at and improve. He received nothing but grief and aggrevation from you and your staff. And this is after he spent his hard earned money to get a pool from you. He could have gotten it from another place. But chose you guys.
