My husband needed some parts for our pool that needed replacing. He was asked if he needed help and my husband said he was not sure yet. After a few minutes the salesperson approached him and asked Well do you need help or not? How rude and this was the store owner. We will be taking our business elsewhere. Went there for a pool pump part. Attitude is, if you didn't buy it from us, don't bother us with it.
Hesselson's is and always have been a great store. They drag me here 3 or 4 times a year to stock up. Spa supplies they are number one. Hunting and fishing clothes and equipment they are number one. Local family owned for many generations. What's not to like..!!!???????
They have amazing staff who are always friendly and super helpful! It is a great local business and I will always be a customer!
I want to acknowledge Hesselson's excellent customer service. I was having issues with my pool and Mary was phenomenal. She is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, patient, and provided excellent customer service. Mary resolved my issues which eliminated a great deal of stress and physical work on my behalf. I greatly appreciate all her efforts and will highly recommend Hesselson's. KUDOS to you Mary!!!!!!!!!
