Just under 2 years ago, I could barely walk due to alignment issues and being out of shape. With the help of my sister-in-law who is a masseuse, and Dr. Hess whose work on me had me feeling 10x better the first time, and with subsequent appointments and stretching tips I was able to get through it...and tonight for the heck of it, I ran a 50k. This would not have been possible without Dr. Hess.
