I am giving one star because you have to. We left our dog to be boarded for 12 days and on the 3rd day our dog was dead. No reason. He was healthy when we left him. They should have performed a necropsy (autopsy) at their cost. Nope. All they wanted to know was what to do with the body. We were 2550 miles away. We still have no answers. Their add says 24 hour surveillance. We asked to see it. No, they didn't have it in that room. Convenient. They said our dog was happy and then dead. What did they do to our dog. I have been bringing my pets to Dr Ahmed for the past 31 years. Dr has helped my animals over and over again. I don't know what I would do without Dr Ahmed.
