The staff are all great. Dr. Ahmed is such a great guy. My poor baby Chuchis had been attacked and I needed help. He helped me so much and he's very good with the patients and families.
Dr.AHMED took care of my little dog for 5 years. Then she was having diarrhea like when she had pancreatitis sometime ago.. he laughed in my face when I said this...took her in to get refills for her meds and he did blood work. Well the lab came back normal.. along story short HE treated the numbers and not the symptoms. Took her back a week later after she started pooping blood. Sent me home crying and told me to just let her go..I left with my dog...now I'm getting the help SHE needed at BEARVALLEY ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!!! Than... read more
I've been taking my Rocky since he started he's vaccines at 8 weeks did the puppy package, was a good deal, then he was sterilized here and has been coming every year for his six years he is now. I have had no major issues with Rocky, so I can't comment for other care. But from looking at parking lot majority of the time is full, staff is very nice, place is clean.
