I purchased a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with 104k miles and paid cash. I too was made to pose in front of the car with an "AS IS" sign in my hand so they could take a photo. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. This was my second experience with them. We did buy a top of the line Mazda from here a few months ago and were ready for another so i decided, against my wife kicking and screaming about returning here, to give them a 2nd chance after the 1st bad visit. We bought a Volvo C30 on March 27, 2013. At the very end of the sale as we were getting ready to drive away we asked Boris, our sales person for the other key to car. He said, "I can only find one right now." We said, "That's a problem. We have to have two keys." He said he'd go look for it. He came back a few minutes later and said that he was having trouble finding it- but would send it to us. We took him at his word. H-M made it right. UPDATED: In my earlier review I complained that Herzog-Meier Mazda did not honor a written quote Jess Tichenor (one of their internet specialists) provided over email. As my earlier review noted, part of the reason my wife and I found this so distressing is that we drove four hours to the dealership because the deal was so good.
